Organic Mixed Sea Vegetable is a combination of Spirulina, Sweet Kombu, Sea Spagehetti, Dillisk/ Dulse and Nori seaweeds, all harvested and dried by hand in Donegal. Certified Organic by the Irish Organic Association.
Excellent in savoury cooking and baking. We recommend soaking for 5 minutes in water, stock or another liquid before chopping and using in dishes.
Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, ideally in a jar.
