Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Please notify us of any issues as soon as you receive your order.

Please take photos of any damage that may have occurred to the parcel during shipping, as damage due to courier mishandling can be claimed back from the courier company.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if any.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Some items cannot be returned, including any foods, period products or any items that have been used.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Items that have been damaged through heavy or inappropriate use, like a water bottle that was dropped and dented

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is reported damaged more than 30 days after delivery

We may choose to replace the item or issue a refund. If a refund is approved, we will offer you the option for a refund to your credit card via Stripe (which may take 3-5 days to appear in your account), or by taking your card number by phone, or by offering a coupon code for a future order if you prefer this.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
