Wicker Garden Basket

This gorgeous willow basket was handmade by George in Co Roscommon using traditional methods, and will last for years. It features light willow woven around a wooden handle with feet that stabilise the basket on either side when resting on the ground.

Garden baskets are perfect for gathering and carrying home-grown veg, fruit and flowers, but they also work well for zero waste shopping or storing or displaying items in the home.

Willow baskets require little care, just occasional cleaning with water, and can be repaired if they are damaged. At the very end of life, they can be composted.
