These incredible Ramen-style noodle nests are made from the spent grains used for beer making, which yields a large volume of seeds that are still very nutritious with under-exploited benefits. So, these noodles make use of the brewer’s grains as a new resource to promote a more sustainable diet by reconciling recycling, nutrition, pleasure. These brewer’s grain noodle nests have a unique toasted-malty flavor for a variety of dishes.
Cooking time is 4 min 30 in a saucepan of boiling water. A tip for using noodles in a wok, broth, or salad tip: Cook for 1 minute less and rinse under cold water. Ingredients: whole grain flour * (from barley or wheat), wheat flour T80 *, bean flour *, psyllium *, rice flour *. Allergens in bold.
