Organic Dried Yeast (10g)

This organic dried yeast is suitable for bread and pastries.

Ingredients: organic active dried yeast. 40g dried yeast = 100g fresh yeast

Dosage:

1-2% of the flour weight for bread

2-3% of the flour weight for buns and baguettes

4% of the flour weight for filled bread

To use: Mix the contents with the flour (do not immediately dissolve in water) and process as fresh yeast.

Storage instructions: Keep refrigerated after purchase (2- 8 degrees Celsius). Please store in a clean, dry container for best results use by the best before date on the label.
