We are excited about these new crackers made using less-than-perfect organic veg that might otherwise be wasted. They are naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre and a source of protein. They are great for snacking/ as an aperitif, or work well as an accompaniment to soups or salad.
The ingredients are all wholesome, with no additives or preservatives: 73% tomatoes, chickpea and quinoa flour, a little olive oil, garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Ingredients: Organic tomato (150g per 100g of crackers), organic quinoa flour, organic onion, organic chickpea flour, organic olive oil, organic garlic, organic garlic (7.1g per 100g of crackers), organic thyme (3.2g per 100g of crackers), organic parsley (1.8g per 100g of crackers) and salt. For 100 grams of crackers you have 195g of vegetables.
