We are excited about these new crackers made using less-than-perfect organic veg that might otherwise be wasted. They are naturally gluten-free, rich in fibre and a source of protein. They are great for snacking/ as an aperitif, or work well as an accompaniment to soups or salad.
The ingredients are all wholesome, with no additives or preservatives: 69% zucchini, chickpea and quinoa flour, a little olive oil, garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt.
Ingredients: Organic courgette (135g per 100g of crackers), organic chickpea flour, organic onion, organic quinoa flour, organic olive oil, organic garlic, organic rosemary (4.9g per 100g of crackers), and salt. For 100 grams of crackers you have 166g of vegetables.
