Organic Coconut Flour (100g)

Organic coconut flour is a great alternative for naturally gluten-free baking.  It has a mild flavour and can be used in sweet or savoury baking.

 It is a by-product of coconut milk production; the coconut flesh is dried and ground to a flour-like consistency. It is high in fibre and plant-based iron. 

Please note, although coconut flour is naturally gluten-free, we handle gluten in the shop (we do all we can to avoid cross-contamination, but it cannot be guaranteed).
