Evie and Eliza, the sisters behind Nutshed, make all their peanut butter by hand in Co Tipperary.
This PB has all the characteristics of classic harissa– it is deliciously smoky, sweet and salty with a little heat. A super versatile savoury spread, it is incredible stirred into noodles, soup, drizzled on roasted root vegetables or spread on a cheese toastie. You can also use it in place of tahini to liven up your hummus.
All Nutshed products are gluten free, dairy free, palm-oil free and made without refined sugar, so they are vegan friendly. All products contain or are made in an environment using nuts, sesame & peanuts. But there is no palm oil ever!
