This Emmer flour is grown (on land in conversion to organic) and milled in Co Kilkenny by Oak Forest Mills. Their aim is to continue the Irish tradition of growing high quality milling grains and producing flour that matches and exceeds the quality of any comparable imported flour.
Please note that because the flour is freshly ground in a traditional manner rather than ground, stabilised and preserved as in commerical milling, it has a shorter best before date than most imported and branded organic flours. This flour is unbleached, unblended and without any additives whatsoever.
Ingredients: Emmer (wheat) flour* (contains GLUTEN). Allergens in bold.
