Shiitake mushrooms grown and smoked by Ballyhoura Mountain Mushrooms, and combined with locally sourced Kombu seaweed in a convenient home compostable tea bag. It is a great base for vegan broths, soups, and stews.
To use, place one tea bag in 700ml warm water, leave for 20 minutes, squeeze tea bag and remove. The Veg Dashi is then ready to use, and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
