Choose from a wide array of organic certified flours, sugars and other baking essentials. Please note that there is a limit of 10 kg of each type of flour (please contact us on [email protected] for larger quanitities/ whole bags). We take seriously the need to support organic growers in Ireland, so we buy directly from as many farmers as possible. Spelt flours come from Oak Forest Mills in Co Kilkenny and the plain white and whole wheat coarse and fine are from Ballymore Organics in Co Kildare. The rye and strong white flours are milled in Ireland using grains from Germany, as those grains do not grow as well in the Irish climate.
